Cambridge is responsible for:

• Making regular inspections of the physical property conditions, which they do by attending the monthly walkthrough, of which you are advised, plus any other notification of something requiring an inspection.

• Contracting for services, and monitoring of invoices on behalf of the Association, such as Greenscapes.

• Obtaining competitive bids for service and repair contracts as requested, such as the paint project coming up.

• Arranging for emergency repairs.  Please see services under House and Garden.

 

In addition, although there is a list of vendors providing several different types of service, Cambridge, in their work with other communities, is able to provide other contractor names in the event you need another name to call.
